Descripción editorial

Bruce Douglas Pace appeals an order of the circuit court denying his motion for post-conviction relief under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. Pace also files a petition for a writ of habeas corpus. We have jurisdiction. See art. V, § 3(b)(1), (9), Fla. Const. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the circuit court's order denying Pace's rule 3.850 motion, and we deny Pace's petition for a writ of habeas corpus.
