Parker V. Turner

This case presents interesting questions concerning the abstention doctrine first outlined by the Supreme Court in Younger v. Harris, 401 U.S. 37, 91 S. Ct. 746, 27 L. Ed. 2d 669 (1971). The district judge felt that Younger principles applied here and dismissed the complaint. We agree and affirm.
