Glacier General Assurance Company (Glacier) appealed the Workers Compensation Courts finding that Jeri Paulson (claimant) was permanently totally disabled as a result of an industrial accident. By motion of the appellant, that appeal has been dismissed. Remaining for decision is claimants cross-appeal of the courts denial of the 20% penalty. We remand for findings.
