Pavalon v. Thomas Holmes Corporation

Action by plaintiff Wesley D. Pavalon against defendants the Thomas Holmes Corporation (formerly Sulray, Inc.); Seymour Fishman; and Golkin & Bomback, Inc. (formerly Golkin, Divine & Fishman, Inc.), to compel the defendants to repurchase a $50,000 note and an accompanying stock warrant, the maker of which is the first-named defendant under its former name of Sulray, Inc. For the purposes of brevity, defendants Fishman and Golkin & Bomback, Inc., frequently hereinafter will be referred to as "defendant brokers."
