Pawlak v. Greenawalt

This case involved the district courts award of attorneys fees and costs to union members who filed an action to redress their rights under Title I of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (LMRDA), 29 U.S.C. ?? 401-531. We are asked to decide whether the district court abused its discretion in awarding attorneys fees and whether it erred in determining the amount awarded. We will affirm in part and remand in part.
