Power and Conflict Poetry

This accessible guide provides an in-depth study of poems which are commonly studied at GCSE English Literature, alongside tips and tricks to help you master general poetry analysis. It would also be useful for any students studying poetry.

This multitouch book is part of a series of resources produced by Initial Teacher Trainee PGCE students from the University of Nottingham, as part of a collaborative project with The de Ferrers Academy. The students were given a week to learn and develop experience in using Apple technology and iBooks Author tools, supported by a designer, Apple Distinguished Educators and university lecturers. A series of workshops covered skills such as book layout & elements of design, creative use of video & animation apps, designing bespoke widgets and presentation skills.
