The M truck was parked on a paved highway in the nighttime for a tire change. The chauffeur stopped the W truck to secure the aid of its driver and his tools. Neither truck left the statutory clearance of 15 feet on the pavement. Attached to the W truck was a trailer. There is evidence that there was no tail-light on the W truck or trailer. No flare was set out to warn drivers approaching from the rear of the trucks until after plaintiff was injured while a guest passenger in a car which collided with the W trailer and truck. Held:
