Rare Wax is a humorous and inspiring tale. A collection of feel-good stories: learning how to play a musical instrument, the world of record collectors and record deals, Los Angeles beat makers, DJs and spin artists, throw in a few pirates and “lost” recordings, the Bay Area author, musician, recording artist and songwriter weaves a story of life in the Bay Area ‘50s to present day Marin County, with side trips to Mexico City, San Francisco, Tokyo and St. Tropez. After a series of highly unlikely events occur, the pieces of the puzzle come together.
