Tangled Within The Darkness

A lesbian, a Latina, and a professional.  These taboos alter Alexis Cartagena's confident persona and lead her to questioning herself and everything she has known her entire life.  Hispanic tradition hinders her pursuit of falling in love with a woman because of family pride, embarrassment, and ignorance.  In an attempt to be true to herself, Alexis finds herself falling in love with her boss, Raven Lopez.  As the plot unfolds, Ms. Lopez faces an internal conflict as she is engaged to be married in the upcoming year to someone who she thought would be the "perfect fit" in her family.  As the two ride the crazy roller coaster called LIFE, will fate persevere the odds of a union between two worlds that have little understanding of each other?
