On February 23, 1999, the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 357, AFL-CIO ("Union") filed a complaint
against U.S. Design arguing that U.S. Design was liable for unpaid vacation and fringe benefits pursuant to NRS 608.150. The
trustees for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 357, Joint Trust Funds ("Trustees") joined in the
complaint against U.S. Design, claiming that they were entitled to receive unpaid fringe benefits.
