In this appeal, we review Defendant - Appellant, Otto Ramirez's, sentence resulting from a guilty-plea conviction for illegal
re-entry pursuant to 8 U.S.C. 1326(a)(2) and (b)(1). For the following reasons, we uphold the sentence.
