Valgene Royal v. State Indiana

Donald B. Dixon was found guilty of attempted child molesting a class C felony, as proscribed by IND. CODE 35-42-4-3(c).[Footnote 1] On appeal Dixon challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to sustain his conviction. He also argues the trial court erred in instructing the jury and in admitting evidence of uncharged crimes.
