Gabriel Method

I've read many health books. This one discusses biochemical reactions to food and associates the physiology and the psychology of food in easy to understand way. His approach is holistic and he's realistic about people's ability or inability to ease into something new. I highly recommend this book.

This is a must read!

This book is fantastic. Gabriel takes such a "common sense" approach to weight loss that it just seems to click. Even if you're not interested in losing weight, I highly recommend this book. Best $9.99 I ever spent.
