Great book for beginners!
This is an incredible book I found myself highlighting and marking off pages when I didn't even plan to. The author gives a wide variety of spiritual outlets to use for healing, energy, and life changes (among many other things). I'm very happy I started with this book because it laid everything out for me and described it in a way a novice could understand. Once I was finished reading it I had discovered which spiritual outlets I wanted to explore and which ones I was willing to try later. Not only that but I understood the reasoning behind explore different outlets instead of going in blind. I'm very happy with this read and I will definitely recommend it as well as use it frequently.
