Goldston Corporation v. Jesus Hernandez

Appellant challenges the damages awarded to appellee, its former employee, in a Jones Act case. The trial court found appellant negligent in an incident which resulted in the amputation of appellees left great toe, and entered judgment for $150,000. We affirm.
