Jimmy G. Villanueva v. State Texas

Appellant was convicted of aggravated sexual assault and received a twenty year prison sentence. He challenges the sufficiency of the evidence which was used to convict him and the trial Courts refusal to charge the jury with his requested conditions for probation. We reject his arguments and affirm the judgment of the trial court.
