Descripción editorial
Two actions in the district court for Hennepin county, consolidated for trial and heard together on appeal, one on behalf of Jacquelyn Eichten, a minor, by her father and natural guardian, to recover for injuries sustained by plaintiff arising out of a collision between an auto in which she was riding and a truck owned by the defendant association and driven by its agent, the defendant Leonard Berberich; and the other action by the father on his own behalf to recover consequential damages. The cases were tried before Levi M. Hall, Judge, and a jury, and a verdict of $40,000 returned for the minor and one for $2,500 for the father. From separate orders denying their alternative motions for judgment or a new trial, defendants appealed.
