Family.


Some say it’s everything, and they’re right. Where they draw the line on what defines family might differ, though. Sure, there’s all that talk about blood being thicker than water but, for me, family is what you make it.

Me? My past is so checkered you could play chess on it. That aside, I’m ready for whatever challenges my family and I might face.

But when a demon from the past emerges to threaten my brother and his girlfriend, they were powerless to stop him. It was up to me, the eternal black sheep, to save us all from the devil himself fighting to drag us all down a roller coaster to hell.

I, for one, wasn’t ready for that ride yet.
