Jesus can't come back tonight. There are a great number of scriptural pre-requisites which have yet to happen before He can come. These verses are overlooked and misunderstood and yet because of wonky end time views, people base their lives on wrong foundations and make poor choices. Whole nations of Christians have an expectation that "things will get worse and worse," and it's no wonder that they do. They have expended faith for a bad outcome.

However we are of a Kindgom that is greater than that. We have a Christ that has conquered all, and He has a plan which is better than anything we have conceived of. And that plan, involves a little more patience on our part.
