OPINION BY PRESIDENT JUDGE COLINS FILED: February 21, 1996 Joseph Owens (Owens) petitions for review of the August 2, 1995 order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board), which affirmed the workers' compensation Judge's (WCJ) remand decision correcting the effective date of modification of benefits. We affirm.
