Eller and William F. Touponce's Ray Bradbury: The Life of Fiction, the exhaustively (and exhaustingly?) researched textual history / bibliographical survey / thematic interpretation(s) / etc. of Bradbury's fiction, not so much with this preliminary paragraph, but by examining the (exhaustingly weighty, in more than one sense of that adjective) book's final 138 pages, working backwards throughout.
