I love my visits to Sunrise Bay, Alaska and this time it’s Mandi Greene and Noah Winters chance at love. No one writes small town romances like Piper Rayne and with every book I pick up I feel like I’m transported to a small town I have come to think of as home and I’m catching up with residents who feel like my own family. My Fake Fiancé was everything I expected and so much more, from the first page I was home and there was no putting down until I had read the final line.
Teddy Hamilton and Jessica Hazard were spot on with the narration. They had me feeling like I was in the same room as characters I have grown to love and call friends. The humour was perfect and the emotion and love came through their voices which lead to a great listen.
From the moment Noah arrived as a late night guest in Mandi’s Inn a connection was made, the attraction was instant and a bond was formed but this is a couple who want different things, he loves to travel and she can’t see past her life in Sunrise Bay. But when Noah sees a way to mend his family feud and help Mandi in the process he asks her to become his fake fiancé….. so what does the future hold and will they meet somewhere in the middle once lines are crossed. I fell hard and fast for Noah and I adored Mandi but like all the previous books it was the visits from the grandmas and their shenanigans that left me smiling like a Cheshire Cat. I smiled, I swooned and I laughed out loud but I also held my breath as I cheered Noah and Mandi on. A wonderful addition to a wonderful series.

Whenever I pick up a book by Piper Rayne I know I am in for a witty, entertaining and funny read. As always it was wonderful to be back visiting the Greene family in Sunrise Bay, Alaska.
Narrated by Narrated by Teddy Hamilton and Jessica Hazard they did a wonderful job bringing the story to life. Their voices are easy to listen to and did justice to the story that Piper Rayne wove.

This time we have Mandi Green and Noah Winters who are in the spotlight and these two shone brightly. From the first chapter I was riveted to the story that Piper Rayne wove. As I have come to expect from these authors, there was plenty of fun, laughter, romance and love. Add in family who all have an opinion and you just know that you are in for a great ride.

I love friends to lovers stories and when I read the blurb for My Fake Fiance I was intrigued. Over the years that he has been visiting Sunrise Bay, Noah has become friends with Mandi. When he needs a fake fiance to help end a family feud, much to her surprise, she agrees.

One of the things that I really liked about this book was how Noah makes Mandi feel, he makes her feel special and I really loved how supportive he was. This book was more emotional than others in the series and that took this read to another level for me.
My Fake Fiance held me captive from the first to the last word. As always the “grandma” brigade are up in everyone's business and they almost stole the book; their antics are always a highlight for me.

Another fabulous addition to one of my favourite series.
