Great to have as well as a written copy.
Really appreciate it as a refresher for my 3rd child. Audiobooks are just perfect for busy Mums.
Tizzie's methods worked extremely well for 3 very different babies, who nonetheless shared a need for a secure routine and a well rested family.
Advice for those following Tizzie's advice ~ never worry in the slightest when the routine gets thrown out the window by whatever baby or life throws at you. It's there for you and baby ~ you and baby are not there for it. There will always be variable days.
I have read so many childcare books and it is so brave of Tizzie to give specifics! So many books seem to edge around concrete things like when, how much and why?
