Know your numbers

This is a great book for athletes and coaches of all levels. Daryl outlines in a really easy to understand way, the huge benefits of knowing and understanding your own, unique personal fuelling and hydration requirements and then how to meet those requirements for best performance.

The audiobook feels as though you are having an in-depth conversation with the author, Daryl. It promotes thought and critical thinking.

In my opinion, taking onboard the knowledge provided by Darryl in this book and applying it to ones athletic endeavours can transform an athletes physical performance.
