The first book in Aileen Erin’s Alpha Girl series is totally electrifying. All Tessa wants is to fit in with the other teens, but unfortunately her psychic powers make that tricky. After a passionate kiss with fellow outcast Dastien, Tessa learns to be careful what you wish for—turns out, Dastien is a werewolf, and now she is too. Tessa’s journey into the parallel world of witches, vampires, and her new werewolf-only boarding school is just as enthralling as her romance with Dastien. By the thrilling conclusion of Becoming Alpha, we were ready to dive right into the sequel.

Recommended by Mum and Daughter
We both loved this book- it is a bit chick lit (the boy/ girl thing, yawn) but it’s not too overt; no retching every time she starts to think about him, amen, and they don’t get their gear off or anything. Great plot and the writing is smooth and personally created (no auto write software here, I bet). WAITING for the sequel due out in May 2014 (I’ve already been on stalkerbook and checked lol). Very good first novel, hope she continues with the same consistency.
Becoming Alpha
I’m someone who doesn’t really like to read, but after reading the first couple of pages of this book I was amazed at how intriguing it was, I found it fascinated and I absolutey loved it and finished it within 2 days and for me thats surpising, I would highly reccommed this book, its an incredible piece and I look forward to reading the rest of the series.
