An incomplete end
I thoroughly enjoyed the first few books of this series but sadly found the finale wanting; a rushed conclusion. It wraps the series up with a neat little bow but leaves enough mystery for Wolff’s 2024 spin-off series (Sweet Vengeance).
Ultimately I would have loved to have seen some more depth of plot from this book rather than a surface level skim and close out of previous books in the series (though I have to admit it was nice to have closure and finality which it seems authors seldom offer).
