Elijah and Maddie
Elijah and Maddie's love story is beautiful. These two go from friends to more and while they have to deal with the issue of Joy's death and the effect it has on Elijah they also have the love and support of their family and friends. Lots of emotions and steam wrapped in a beautiful love story.
The raw truths
The thing I love in this book is the absolute raw feelings that it portrays in both Elijah and Maddie!
The feelings and emotions that are put on the pages as they realise their true feelings for each other and then go about the process of discovering how to deal with the past trauma and tragedy whilst trying to navigate what it means to each of them was page turning, tear jerking but ultimately a path that was settled with love, friendship support and understanding!
To have the wilder men surround Elijah and give him the home truths with no holding back and each other bearing a bit of themselves was everything! The woman whom surround Maddie are like sunshine and they support her in how the know best… with love, laughter a few home truths and wine!!
I love how the wilder men and women choose whom becomes family, how they love with honest truth and loyalty
Families are not perfect and it’s shown in so many different facets in these books. But above all else they conquer and move forward with whatever that brings.
This beautiful story was filled with love, hard work, laughter, drama but most of all love and friendship.

Maddie and Elijah have been dancing around one another for years.
All it takes someone flirting with Maddie to make Elijah to get antsy.
