Publisher Description
I've had my share of puck bunnies, but this one was different.
Allie. The girl with the sexy, shy smile and the sweetest, wettest mouth I ever tasted. She blew my mind and then slid out of my bed without giving me her number. I knew I should forget the woman who ghosted me, yet for months, I searched the crowds, the streets...everywhere looking for her face.
Then, I got traded.
This new team hates me. Something about my chronic case of resting prick face and that fight with the captain when the season started. My left hook, his jaw. Yeah, we go back and not in a good way.
Coach says no more “confrontational BS” or I won't play. That's a hit my NHL career can’t take. So the plan is simple. Keep my head down and my fists checked.
There's just one problem.
I found Allie.
She's the captain’s little sister and even though my career depends on keeping the peace between myself and my teammates... I can’t stay away from the one woman I can't have.
As it turns out, neither can she.

Vaughn’s Secret Love
Vaughn and Natalie are super steamy together. The fact that they have to keep their romance a secret because of her brother shows how juvenile Greg is. I hate that Natalie has been an after thought to her family with all the attention going to Greg which has given him an over inflated ego. Vaughn puts Natalie first and shows her how much he loves her with his actions. The story is a great start to a series and has lots of loveable characters.
Fun!
I’ve been waiting for this series to be affordable for me and I smashed out the first book in a day. Well worth the wait. Pretty unique and a light read. Glad I’ve started on this series!
4.5 stars
This book was great! Great storyline, with two likeable leads. I loved the profanity and it was super sexy. I was hooked for the first half, I seriously couldn’t put it down. I marked it down from 5 stars as I expect more pages for that price and there were a few mistakes - Julia referred to as wife, not fiancé. This author is new to me and I’m glad to have made the discovery. Now to read the next one in the series.
