Publisher Description
Eli Loveless and Violet Tulane never did learn to coexist peacefully. From the first day of kindergarten until high school graduation, they argued, fought, and competed over anything and everything. They only managed to stop when Eli left their small town, and Violet heaved a sigh of relief.
Now he’s back, infuriating as ever, running the kitchen at the high-end wedding venue where Violet works, and competing with her for a life-changing bonus.
Oh, and in his ten years of absence, Eli has gotten stupidly hot, considerably more charming, and truly excellent at cooking… but the one thing that hasn’t changed? The way he can push Violet’s buttons.
All her buttons, in all sorts of irritating, sexy ways. Turns out you don’t need to like someone to bang them like a screen door.
The rivals-turned-coworkers-turned-bedmates strike up an agreement: no dating, no getting along, just sex. Toe-curling, neighbor-waking, mobile-home-shaking sex.
What could go wrong? They don’t even like each other—there’s no way they’ll fall in love.
Enemies With Benefits is the first book in the Loveless Brothers series, and can be read as a total standalone. It's for fans of high-heat, low-angst romantic comedies and anyone who enjoys a rivals-to-lovers story. This book also has tons of sibling banter, a workplace romance that smolders, and a small town with tons of charm and quirk. It's steamy, hilarious, and of course it's got a guaranteed HEA. (And yes, it bangs.)

Eli and Violet
This is a great enemies to lovers romance. Eli and Violet were very competitive while growing up in the small town of Sprucevale, now that Eli has returned to his hometown he and Violet find that they are still not able to be in the same room with out sparks flying. However, unlike when they were at school they also find that they are attracted to each other but they don't want anyone to know. The chemistry between these two is palpable and the banter is humorous, they are an ideal couple. Eli's family is so fun I can't wait to read more about the brothers.

I loved the way the story felt so real, you can really immerse yourself in the characters. The writing is beautiful and thoughtful. So very descriptive of all aspects. Absolutely will continue the series and likely read again eventually.
Enemies with benefits
DNF. This sounded like it could have been an enjoyable read. I tried, really tried, until at 51% I just couldn’t continue. Far too many words convincing the reader that the main characters are sworn enemies. Then, completely unrealistic ‘connections’ follow. No story lead up to encourage interest, in fact I’d just been convinced the ending came after two enemies meet and decide there’s no chance of friendship.
