Fairbanks Fire Fighters Association v. Fairbanks

The Fairbanks Fire Fighters Association (FFFA) is a labor organization which represents the fire fighters of Fairbanks. FFFA
entered into a collective bargaining agreement (CBA) with the City of Fairbanks (City). In the event of a grievance, the CBA
required the parties to maintain the status quo pending resolution of the dispute.
