Enjoyed this entertaining read
4.5 Stars for Finn (The Casella Cousins Book 3 ) This series of novellas featuring the Casella cousins is really growing on me and this family are starting to feel like friends. The stories are well written and the characters are easy to relate to and every book so far has been picked up and not put down until the final word has been read. We met Finn previously and truth be told he was the hardest one of this family to like, he came across as arrogant but in his own book he really comes into his own and maybe that’s because he has finally meet a woman who gives as good as she gets.... Millie is a woman we would all love by our side, she is sassy, strong and loving and that’s exactly what Finn needs to bring out the real man who hides behind his stuffy, arrogant ways... A quick, entertaining read that’s a great addition to this series, it certainly ticked all my boxes and left me excited for what’s coming next with the Castella’s.
Entertaining
I have been thoroughly enjoying the novellas in The Casella Cousins series from Kathryn Shea. This is the third book in the series and is Finn and Millie’s story. The writing was strong, with characters that were easy to relate to and a story line that you cannot help but become invested in.
It’s taken forever for Finn and Millie to act on their feelings but once they did the chemistry and connection between them was intense. Finn, in previous books seemed a tad standoffish and I knew there must have been a reason. I adore Millie, what a sassy, feisty loving woman she is and just the one to lead Finn on a merry dance and that just added to my enjoyment of the story.
This was an entertaining read that ticked the boxes for me and I am excited to see who is next in the series.
