Publisher Description
Sometimes you have to lose everything to win what matters most.
I had it all–speed, skill, and a one-way ticket to the pros. But one bad hit shattered my career and left me with a busted leg, a bruised ego, and no clue what comes next.
Enter Thora, my no-nonsense research partner who's too smart, too fierce, and too beautiful for a washed-up guy like me. She's got a sharp mind, big dreams, and zero patience for my pity party. Plus, she sees straight through my game face to all the broken parts of me, and instead of running away she challenges me to do better.
But just when I'm starting to believe I could have a second chance–with life and with her–she drops a bombshell: she's leaving. Heading halfway across the world to chase her own dreams.
I've lost one future already, but there's no way I'll lose this one, too. Thora's heart is the only prize that matters, and I am ready to go all in.

The thunderous tale of Odin and Thora.
I loved this book. Odin and Thora are total opposites. They are paired up to do a group project for one of their classes. Odin gets injured after a football match and when Thora visits him at the hospital things change. He is the first fall and to develop feelings for Thora.
Thora on the other hand is focused on the finishing line. This is finishing all her classes, finishing the project with Odin, her Grade Point Average, graduating from University and her scholarship next year at Oxford. Thora comes across as argumentative, rude, shallow and lacking compassion especially towards Odin.
Odin focuses on his physiotherapy and rehab and is determined to finish the project with Thora. This leads to Odin and Thora spending more time together.
This leads to a friendship, a mutual respect for each other and ultimately they develop feelings for each other.
Odin and his family surprised me at their compassion and love for Thora and each other but also their commitment to help others and make the world a better place.
This is a great read. I recommend this to other readers.
Odin Stag!
I just loved Odin, for all his grumpiness and self pity over his injury (which is a bit understandable), he certainly stepped up and showed he was a Stag man when it counted.
Thora was no less impressive, her determination, grit, heart and compassion were outstanding.
Their chemistry and banter were awesome and their story as a whole kept me rapt.
Sweet, steamy, emotional, full of family, funny and realistic. This is another brilliant addition to the growing Stag world and I loved every minute.
