Publisher Description
Some years back, after young Steve Fournier opened Cafe Etc. on Third Street downtown, it quickly became a favored haunt for the staff of the Niagara Falls Reporter. It was a classy joint, with a bouncer at the door, bartenders wearing white shirts and ties, and a somewhat eccentric floor plan that facilitated private meetings and made the place seem a lot bigger than it actually was. There were good jazz bands on the weekends.
