Worth the read if you’re scared of you Illness
Stuck between 3 and 5 stars. 3 stars because I didn’t understand a lot of the technical terminology and some parts I found a bit boring but 5 stars because at a time when I was at my lowest and riddled with fear this book really helped me to understand the role my fear plays in my illness. Overall really glad I read this book but had it been more upbeat and easier to read I would have enjoyed it more.
