Love this new Cookbook. I especially like that the ingredients list is not ten miles long! I was sick last week and got my husband to cook something from it an even he could follow - and he is not much of a cook! It offers many substitutions if you are cooking for a vegetarian or gluten free and I also appreciate that there is an image for every single recipe. Pleasure to flick through!

Huge fan of this mega-sized cookbook by one of my favourite foodie authors. You just want to make every recipe! Love that it includes everyday meals to decadent desserts that are made from wholefoods.
