For seven years, Sydney Green has kept a secret from her steely cold boss, Tristan Pierce: he’s the father of her daughter. The enjoyable third in Probst's Billionaire Builders series (after Any Time, Any Place) is Property Brothers meets small-town sexy with a twist of sweet. Tristan Pierce left his tiny hometown after a fallout with his father, not aware that his girlfriend, Sydney Greene-Seymour, was pregnant. Sydney, who's now the CFO at Pierce Brothers, the family building firm, loved Tristan deeply but refused to trap him in Harrington. When Tristan returns to Harrington seven years later, after his father's death, he at first tries to ignore the still-crackling chemistry between him and Sydney. After that fails, the two rekindle their relationship. But when Tristan learns that he's Becca's father, he struggles to trust Sydney again. Probst's expert characterization is especially evident in Tristan's tenderness with energetic, charming Becca both before and after he learns she's his daughter, and in Sydney's regret over not telling Tristan sooner, elevating the sometimes hackneyed secret-baby plot. Series fans will be sorry to say farewell to the three Pierce brothers and the women who love them.

A good addition to the series
4 star Review All Or Nothing (Billionaire Builders #3) by Jennifer Probst
The third book in a great series and I have been looking forward to reading this story. All Or Nothing is a second chance at love story for Tristan Pierce and Sydney Green.
Tristan was young when he left Sydney to head to New York, even though he wanted her to go with him she couldn't bare to leave her family and friends, a fact Tristan resented.
This book explores the history of their relationship and how the past impacts the future. When secrets and lies are exposed will they be able to forgive each other or will the past come back to haunt them and ruin their future together?
This book at times was an emotional roller coaster, the angst and tears were palpable as was the hope for the future. To be totally honest, at times I really thought Tristan was an arrogant jerk and wanted to smack him across the head, whilst being slightly frustrated with Sydney for not standing up for herself more. I was pleased to see that as they got older both of them came into their own, particularly Sydney.
Of course the other brothers and their significant others were woven through All Or Nothing and as always it was great to see them pop up.
Although not my favourite book of the series, All Or Nothing was extremely well written, the characters were believable (not perfect) as were the circumstances they found themselves in at times.
