Publisher Description
Roxie Montgomery met her soul mate when she least expected it. When he asked her to marry him, she thought her happily ever after was only just beginning. Then, she found that walking into the sunset was much harder than her favorite books made it out to be.
After a crushing loss, she feels as though she doesn’t know her husband anymore, or rather…she doesn’t know herself.
Carter Marshall has loved Roxie since the first time he saw her. But as the days pass between them, so does the distance. He doesn’t know how to show her that he’s all in, and honestly doesn’t know if she’s in at all.
When an accident changes everything, they’ll have to decide if what they have can be salvaged, or if starting over is the answer. Or even possible.
**Jagged Ink is a marriage in jeopardy, nearly enemies to lovers, second chance romance in the Montgomery Ink: Colorado Springs series featuring Roxie and Carter. Each book can be read as a complete standalone. An HEA is guaranteed!**

Jagged ink
Was a little hard to keep focused with this book. Just seemed to drag. A story that needed to be told, but felt like so much inner reflection, that it bogged down the story. Love the Montgomery Clan and their stories, this one just did not grab me. 👍👍👍👍😁
When HEA isn’t enough
The Montgomery Ink - Colorado Springs series continues with Carter Marshall and Roxie Montgomery, a couple fighting to keep what they need.
I'm going to start by saying you will need tissues, ice cream and chocolate. This book was hard to read, because of the depth of emotions in this book and took me a little longer to be able to get through it. But, I'm so glad I read Roxie and Carter's story. Roxie and Carter were married and happy together, until they weren't. Something happens and their world is torn apart. This isn't your typical romance, it starts after the marriage. There were many tears shed while reading this book, and my heart hurt for Roxie and Carter.
I was a little frustrated at the beginning of this book as Carter and Roxie would not sit down and talk to each other and deal with the elephant in the room, instead they just continued to circle it. You could see that they still loved each other and didn’t want their marriage to end. But I’m so glad I read till the end and went on this roller coaster of emotions with them.
Sweet !!
I absolutely love anything Carrie writes.
This is all inspiring book for couples that struggle.
I really wanted to throw the book through the window because they wouldn’t talk to each other.
I received this book free for an voluntarily review.
