Unexpected love
This was such an easy, well paced read. The story flows effortlessly, the characters are endearing and grow as the story progresses.
Chase is such a beautiful, broody MMC hiding a heart of gold and Lauren is his perfect match, with her no-nonsense, down-to-earth, determined realness. I loved Billie’s effervescence and Lauren’s parents and gramps were exactly how I expected them.
This is sweet, funny, steamy, heartfelt and cute with a pinch of angst and heartache, but comes together with a beautiful HEA.
