Great story telling
Lainey Reese is a relatively new author to me but what I have read I have really enjoyed. When I heard that she had a new series releasing I could not wait to read and review. From the first chapter I was drawn into this well written romantic suspense story and read this one in almost one go as I simply needed to know what was going to happen.
Kimberly Lace’s new therapist is actually an undercover FBI agent searching for missing women. Kimberly is horrified when her best friend disappears and decides to do some digging of her own. Attending the Lion’s Den, a BDSM club she is shocked when she sees her Dean, her therapist there. Dean is shocked seeing Kimberly at the club but with his partner Sam, decides that he needs to keep her safe.
Becoming Dean and Sam’s submissive is the last thing any of them expected but there is a connection between the three of them that is impossible to break. Lace & Flames is a well written, fast paced, passionate story that will keep you on the edge of your seat whilst reading.
As the danger around them increases, it will take everything they have to keep her safe. There was equal amounts of mystery, suspense, romance and heat and I cannot wait for the next book in the series.
