This book was incredible from start to finish. I’ve been on a fitness journey completing challenges through Move With Us. This book has helped a lot with education. Thank you.

Enjoyable Reaf

Enjoyable read as if you’re having a conversation or overhearing banter. And backed by well referenced research. To keep and revisit when you need some more guidance. Really good citations and glossary at the back to delve further into the research.

Informative & fun read

Really enjoyed this book! Direct, funny and informative /educational without feeling like you’re being lectured to or being too sciencey, and numerous ‘lightbulb’ moments for me. This stuff should be taught in schools- would have saved me a lot of heartache (& money!) along the way.
