Patrick A. Higgins v. Municipality

Patrick Higgins appeals from the denial of his motion for a new trial of his wrongful reclassification action against the
Municipality of Anchorage, alleging that newly discovered evidence shows that the Municipality misrepresented its policy on
the arbitrability of reclassification disputes. Treating his motion as a Rule 60 request for relief from an earlier judgment
of this court, we grant the motion and remand for further proceedings. I
