Perktography

Perktography is a collection of images based on my photographs. I say images because very few have remained ‘pure’ photographs. Most have been changed using filters, levels, colors, etc… in Adobe Photoshop or other programs. Capturing an image with a camera has been an activity I’ve enjoyed for many years. But the real fun begins in the darkroom or on the computer. The magic of seeing something differently than anyone else and then creating an image from a moment. A single moment, that may never exist again, gives me the feeling of accomplishment and artistic fulfillment.

Composition, light, color, texture, and subject can be combined to create an image that is pleasing, or revolting or a thousand other adjectives.

This book contains 99 of my images; some good, some bad, some personal. I hope you find a few you to enjoy.
