Do yourself a favour and read this series. Ms Bartel does not disappoint. Phoenix or Nix for short is everything you can expect from Sybil’s world of HOT, dominant and incredibly protective men and the heroine Isla - what a fierce incredible fighter and survivor she is. Oh and the whole reason he is back from the dead will blow you away. Make sure you read Paragon first - it’ll help you understand all the layers of the beginning of yet another BRILLIANT series. Oh and all those breadcrumbs at the end of her books in the Alpha Elite series will make sense.

Phoenix was definitely a five star read for me. It had everything I expected and more from Sybil Bartel. The storyline and interaction between everyone kept me hooked from start to finish, not to mention the twist that I did not see coming. The main characters were perfection and their chemistry was amazing which led to fantastic spice.
Paragon Operations introduces a new team of Alphas and I can not wait to read all of their stories.
