Publisher Description
I built The Players Club to run by my rules—until one woman made me question every one of them.
As the new owner of The Players Club, I’ve built my reputation on control, discipline, and keeping my personal life separate from business. After being burned in the past, I’ve learned not to mix emotions with pleasure.
Everything in my world works better when expectations are clear and attachments are off the table. That plan works perfectly…until I hire interior designer Stephanie Randall to help redesign the club’s private fantasy suites. She’s curious, intelligent, and the more time we spend working together, the more I realize she’s quietly challenging every carefully built wall I’ve relied on for years.
She sees something in me I’ve tried hard to keep hidden—and suddenly keeping my distance becomes the one rule I can’t seem to follow. Now the one woman I should never want is the only one I can’t stop thinking about. Stephanie makes me believe that even a man who lives by strict rules might deserve a future built on trust, passion, and love.
Playing His Way is a contemporary romance featuring a powerful alpha hero, a confident designer heroine, workplace tension, emotional healing after heartbreak, and a compelling love story set in the exclusive world of The Players Club.

Brilliant Quick Read
This book is a quick read but that doesn’t make it any less enjoyable, it has plenty of depth and enough going on to keep you turning the pages, i didn’t want it to end and now I’m going to back track and read the rest of this series.
Mac and Stephanie are two very different people she is sweet and vulnerable and he doesn’t do nice but that doesn’t mean they are not attracted to each other and that doesn’t mean she can’t bring out the nice side of him and he can’t bring out the naughty side of her.
The Players Club is a gentleman’s club that Mac has just taken over and Stephanie is an interior designer who specialises in rooms decorated erotically, she is perfect woman for the job but is she also the perfect woman for Mac.
This book took me away from the mundane life we all find ourselves going through from time to time, it was exciting, it was taboo and I loved it. Looking forward to reading more by Erika Wilde.
