Rapids Theatre May Point the Way to Revitalization of Our Main Street

For the past few weeks my mind has been kicking around with Bob Seger somewhere "down on Main Street." It seems to me that no city can lay claim to prosperity with its main thoroughfare in the state that ours is here in the Cataract City. By definition, Main Street should be where all the activity in a city is happening. To make that so in Niagara Falls, you'd need a time machine and a pair of rose-colored glasses.
