Aussie classic
Written in the 1880’s so you get the language and writing style of that era, but this is wonderfully part of the appeal.
A classic and compelling tale, I read it around thirty years ago, it was just as good in the re-reading. Highly recommended.
Robbery under Arms
I found this book very hard to put down. I love the characteristic historical characters and the hard and simple times they lived in. I haven't read much in the past so to be enthralled with this story is something new. I love all the stories from this era especially when it covers our golden and lawless years in Australia's early history.
