My favourite cake book
I love the simplicity of this book. It’s my go-to on a weekend afternoon with the kids - they choose the cake and the icing/topping and we mix it up together. I also love that this book has taught me new simple recipes for icings - I’ve been baking cakes forever but this has taught me new easy combos that are now regulars for me. I just love this book. Sometimes I sit with a cup of tea and flip through it and my cravings are satisfied for the day. I have a lot of cookbooks but this is my new favourite.
