Perfect
No long explanations. If you haven’t started to read this series, I urge you to start now with Sinner’s Gin. It will take you on an emotional ride.
Miki, Kane and Dude are at the heart of the series with all the people who are important to Miki gathered around him like a warm blanket. We get to know Damien’s story, Forest’s story and Rafe’s. But most intimately, we get to hear of Miki’s lost childhood, the good, the bad and the damned scary but then at Miki’s lowest point, along comes Dude and then Kane. At those moments, Miki’s life will take a turn for the better, albeit with some angst, threats, danger but most of all, love.
A well written, perfectly word-crafted series, which drags you in to Miki’s world and won’t let you go. Miki and Kane will stay with me for a long, long time.
