Customer Reviews
Disappointed with lack of pictures and menu plan
I had high hopes for this book after seeing Sarah on Sunrise but the lack of pictures is a little uninspiring (the few that were included were also a waste of space,- why not include pictures of actual recipes instead of showing images of herbs, spices and a bunch of bananas?). The proposed 10 week menu plan wasn’t very appealing and looked like a lot of work with quite expensive ingredients. I’m time poor and don’t want to spend my time selecting and swapping out recipes, and referring to each recipe to create a shopping list. I also like to prep meals for the week and eat leftovers to save time but the meal plan doesn’t really allow for this (not great for single serves). Some of the recipes look good but don’t think I’ll be embarking on the 10 week plan after reading the menu so the book was a waste of money for me.
Not for me
I found the recipes boring. It was annoying a lot of recipe titles started with Sarah’s............ probably didn’t help my reviews
