Publisher Description
Sometimes love means having to broaden your literary horizons.
Frankie Rose is desperate for love. Or a relationship. Or just a date with a semi-normal person will do.
It’s not that she hasn’t tried. She’s the queen of dating. But enough is enough. Inspired by her job at The Little Brunswick Street Bookshop, Frankie decides to take fate into her own hands and embarks on the ultimate love experiment.
Her plan? Plant her favourite books on trains inscribed with her contact details in a bid to lure the sophisticated, charming and well-read man of her dreams.
Enter Sunny, and one spontaneous kiss later, Frankie begins to fall for him. But there’s just one problem – Frankie is strictly a classics kind of gal, and Sunny is really into Young Adult. Like really.
A quirky and uplifting love letter to books, friendship and soulmates.
Film rights have been optioned.

APPLE BOOKS REVIEW
Between a stalling writing career and a recently ended relationship, Frankie is in a rut. She thinks up a novel way to find true love, but she doesn’t expect the results to be quite so life-changing. Co-written by real-life best friends (and co-founders of the Melbourne Books on the Rail initiative), this is a heartwarming, funny ode to literature and love. Between the flawed, yet relatable characters, the bookstore setting and the abundance of literary references, this light-hearted and charming read is a must for rom-com and book lovers alike.

A love story to Melbourne public transport
I must admit, I got a thrill when my old tram line got mentioned not once but twice!
Laugh out loud enjoyable
Really enjoyed the Book Ninja-a clever, witty and heart warming romantic comedy.
And "yes" I actually did at times laugh out loud!
Characters are enagaging , a real page turner from beginning to end.
Very impressive debut novel by Berg and Kalus - can't wait to read their next!
Loved it
After picking up the soft copy in Target, it didn’t take me long to read this book because it sucked you in with its engaging plot and you don’t want to stop reading until you’ve finished.
Yes, there’s some areas of the story where you can just where the storyline is going to go, it was a bit predictable in some parts, but that didn’t take away from this being a wonderfully indulgent glorious read.
